3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept secure payment via Shopify Payments and other approved providers at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped. Faster delivery can be selected for a small fee at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Due to the nature of our curated gift boxes and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

6. Allergies & Safety

Our products are chosen with care, but it is your responsibility to ensure that the contents are suitable for your pet. Please supervise your pet during play, especially with treats and toys. If your pet has allergies or specific dietary needs, contact us before ordering.

7. Gift Notes & Personalisation

Messages submitted for hand-written notes will be copied exactly as written. We reserve the right to exclude messages we deem inappropriate or offensive.
