What’s inside each gift box?

Each box is hand-packed with a mix of high-quality toys, treats, and accessories tailored to the theme—whether it's a birthday, new home, get well soon, or just because.

Can I customise a box?

You can add a gift note at checkout! Otherwise right now, all our boxes are pre-packed to ensure quality and fast shipping. But we’re always listening—if there’s something you’d love to see, let us know!

Do you include a gift note?

Yes! Every order comes with the option to include a hand-written note, at no extra charge. Just leave your message at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.

Are the items safe for all pets?

We carefully select each item with safety in mind. However, as with any toy or treat, we recommend supervising your pet while they enjoy their gift—especially if they’re a strong chewer or prone to mischief! Also make sure any young children don't get their hands on anything they shouldn't like the cat laser pen toy!

What if my pet has allergies or special needs?

If your pet has specific allergies or sensitivities, we recommend reaching out before ordering. We can let you know exactly what’s inside and help you choose the most suitable option.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. There is an option at check out to request faster delivery for a small fee. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your box is on its way.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not yet—but we’re working on it! For now, we ship across the UK only.
